The schedule block handles the day properly — times, places, and what to do between them — and the travel block gives addresses as text as well as maps, because that is what gets forwarded in a message.

RSVP links out to whatever you are using. No form, no guest database, no plugin holding your friends’ dietary requirements after the day.

Install and activate the theme.
Build the day with the Schedule pattern.
Point the RSVP button wherever you are collecting replies.

Password protection on the whole site is one setting, for the ones that should not be public.

Is there an RSVP form?

No. It links out. A theme holding personal data about a hundred guests is a liability you do not need.

Can I password-protect it?

Yes, site-wide with one setting, or per page with core’s own protection.
