Vestry
A theme for small charities, built to be handed to a volunteer next year.
== Description ==
The person maintaining a small charity’s website is usually a volunteer who inherited it, uses it four times a year, and has no one to ask. Vestry is built for them: every pattern is named in plain language, nothing requires a plugin, and the editor shows help text where the decision is made.
A recurring timetable block handles weekly services, groups and sessions, including the exceptions that dominate the calendar — the fifth Sunday, the month it moves to the hall, the summer break.
Type is large by default and the contrast is comfortably past AA, because the audience skews older than the people who usually choose themes.

== Installation ==
- Install and activate the theme.
- Build your pages from the patterns. Each one describes what it is for.
- Add your timetable with the Recurring block.
No plugins required for anything the theme does, which is the point when nobody is left to maintain them.
== Frequently asked questions ==
Donations?
A pattern that links to whichever platform you use. Handling money in a theme would be irresponsible.
Multiple languages?
Translation-ready and tested with the two common plugins. The timetable block translates its own labels.
